After 15 years of designing for Scotland’s most stylish weddings, I am bored of the predictable. The standard evening buffet is a missed opportunity for artistry, and I am here to change the narrative.

This is my new interactive cookie studio concept. It is a live performance designed to bring the theatre of the design process to your reception.

The Concept: A New Standard for Interactive Wedding Food Stations in Scotland

After Dark is built on technical precision and sensory luxury. It features signature cookie bases served at a precise 60°C, paired with molten drizzles like Pistachio Silk and Salted Caramel Glow. Guests finish their own edible masterpiece with bespoke textures, from Gold Dusted Honeycomb to fresh, delicate botanicals.

It is sophisticated. It is interactive. It is entirely exclusive to the Crumbdidilyumptious studio.

The Anniversary Collection

While the live studio is a new booking option for 2026, the aesthetic behind it is the heart of my 15th anniversary showcase.

I am bringing a curated four piece collection to the Murrayshall wedding show on the 26th. From deep petrol teal botanicals with wafer paper blooms to architectural black and copper silhouettes, this collection is a manifesto of my brand. I do not do white cakes.
