After Dark is a live edible experience that appears during your celebration, drawing your guests in with the scent of warm cookies, an incredible display and the chance to create something entirely their own.
This isn’t another item on the dessert table. It’s part food, part entertainment and completely unexpected.

The 60°C Gourmet Cookie Palette
Every signature cookie is served at a precise 60°C for a warm, molten finish. I place each cookie into its presentation box and add your guest’s chosen drizzle before handing it over for the finishing touch. Guests can then add as little or as much as they like from the collection of textures, while I’m there to guide them through flavours and combinations.

My studio installation is a choreographed part of your day. Whether woven into your evening reception or designed as a striking late-night focal point, I arrive at your venue to set up a visual feast that leads with my signature aesthetic of bold tones and gold accents. Whether you are at a grand estate or a modern city space, the setup creates an immediate focal point.
The scent of warm dough and the sight of premium toppings get people talking. This is the transition from your formal meal to a high energy evening. It is a moment for your guests to indulge.
LOGISTICS AND SERVICE
I provide a fully managed service. This means I am there in person to guide your guests through the flavours. I handle everything from the precision heating of the bases to the final drizzles. To keep things exclusive and ensure the highest quality, I only take on one booking per date. You get my full attention and the artistry is never rushed.
Whether you are hosting a black-tie celebration at Carlowrie Castle, a modern event at The Engine Works, or a coastal wedding in St Andrews, the After Dark studio is fully mobile and designed for seamless integration into high-end spaces.
Investments begin at £495 for an intimate guest list of up to 30 guests.

How does the 60°C temperature work in a venue setting?
I bring a professional studio installation to your venue that maintains precision heating without any disruption to your event flow. As a firewalk instructor, I manage high-temperature artistry with total safety and precision.
Does this replace the evening buffet?
It is designed as a premium edible experience that transitions your guests into your celebration. While it is a substantial gourmet treat, it is about leading with artistry rather than just providing a generic buffet.
Can I book this if I already have a cake designer?
Absolutely. The After Dark studio is a standalone performance. While I love creating the full journey from the first slice to the last cookie, this can be booked as an exclusive evening-only installation.
How much space do you need?
The studio is fully mobile and designed for seamless integration. Whether at a grand estate like Carlowrie Castle or a modern city space, I only need a dedicated area to set up the focal point for your guests.
