A little bit about me
I am Kerrie, the artist behind your commission. From my Fife studio, I work closely with couples to design and handcraft bespoke wedding cakes that travel all over Scotland. We will draw inspiration from your creative direction. By using your palette, your invitations, or even the texture of your wedding dress, I create a definitive centrepiece that commands the room.

The Art of Bespoke Wedding Cakes in Fife.
Baking is a heritage I carry with me. I still use my Nana’s refined recipes to this day. My design career began 15 years ago with a single birthday cake. Having total creative freedom sparked a lifelong obsession with the unconventional.
Since then, I have trained under industry masters including Paul Bradford, Suzanne Esper, and Alan Dunn. I continue to evolve my technical skills every day to ensure I am providing the most innovative wedding cakes in Fife and beyond.
My passion for design is lifelong. I studied Art throughout my school years before moving into Interior Design. I quickly realised that path wasn’t for me and pivoted to Psychology. While I left the course behind, the insight remained. I have a unique ability to read between the lines of a brief and understand the emotion behind a vision.
I do not just see a cake. I see structural possibilities and architectural lines inspired by the objects and paintings I love. This ability to move from an abstract concept to a physical masterpiece is why my clients choose me. I love pushing the boundaries of design and paying obsessive attention to detail.
Beyond the Studio
When I am not creating masterpieces in front of a hot oven, you will find me in front of a hot fire. I am a qualified firewalk instructor. This discipline requires the same focus, mindset, and precision that I bring to my sugar work. It is where I find my balance.
My real “why” is my family. I am part of a very close knit crew; from my parents who taught me that magic happens outside your comfort zone, to my husband and my two children. They, along with my nutcase of a fox red Labrador, are the ones who keep me grounded when my imagination is reaching for the stars. They provide the perspective I need to Lead with Artistry every single day.
