wedding cake flavours

Not everyone wants classic wedding cake flavours, therefore our list of wedding cake flavours is very extensive, but here’s a few of our most popular.

Classic Vanilla Flavour

This is a moist, melt in your mouth vanilla sponge, filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, giving this a wonderful flavour.

Raspberry or strawberry & white chocolate sponge flavour

The classic vanilla, baked with fresh fruit, layered with white chocolate, jam and white chocolate buttercream.

Or, likewise, why not swap out the white chocolate for some Champagne sponge and sweet tangy champagne buttercream.

Chocolate Cake flavour

A lovely, chocolatey, moist sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream. Alternatively, add a splash of baileys with a baileys buttercream.

Other variations include mint, orange, peach and prosecco peanut butter.

Chocolate Mud cake flavour

A rich moist chocolate cake, made with Belgian chocolate. In addition, this is great teamed with a fudge buttercream or a dark chocolate ganache.

Salted caramel flavour

A deliciously moist caramel cake filled with salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream.

Red Velvet flavour

A mild moist chocolate cake with vibrant red colour. Made with buttermilk to make a lovely moist sponge. As a result, it tastes amazing with cream cheese or white chocolate buttercream.

Lemon flavour

A luscious lemon, like the classic vanilla, made with fresh lemon zest and lemon juice. With a layer of lemon curd and vanilla or lemon buttercream.

Mango and passionfruit flavour

A mango flavoured sponge with fresh mango pieces, filled with a  passionfruit puree and a passionfruit buttercream.

Traditional fruit cake

A Rich traditional fruit cake with currants, sultanas, raisins, nuts and Candied fruits. Subsequently, this can be soaked in brandy.
